Private Event Facility Fees  

Facility Rental Fees vary depending on the size and date of the event, and what percentage of the clubhouse is occupied. 

Facility fees are for rental of the space only. Food, beverage, and other charges are separate. 

The facility fee for a non-member rental of the entire clubhouse and deck (which closes the clubhouse to members and provides exclusive use to the renter) for a large event such as a weekend wedding for prime season (April 15 - Memorial Day, and  Sep 15 - Oct 31) is $4,000. Lesser facility fees apply for 'off season' dates and smaller events. 'Members' are immediate household occupants of the registered BRYC member. The Member Facility Fee for a wedding type event is $1,500.  Please
