Welcome to BRYC Junior Activities

Mission Statement
Black Rock Yacht Club’s Junior Activities program offers young sailors, tennis players, swimmers and divers an environment that encourages sportsmanship, competition and teamwork. The program teaches the skills needed to enjoy lifetime sports while making lifelong friends.

Our Junior Sailors like to use the phrase “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work”.  At BRYC this culture can be seen daily; watching juniors help each other rig and launch their boats, cheering on the decks of a swim and dive meet and cheering for friends at tennis matches.

Registration & Links for Summer 2019
Please use the following steps to register for our 2019 summer program:
1. Review the 2019 Junior Activities “Grid” ScheduleBRYC 2019 JA Grid
Please note; there are additional tabs at the bottom of the file that break the “grid” down by age and include the class descriptions and pricing at the bottom.

It is recommended to print or write down the classes you are registering for prior to using the registration system.

Occasionally classes from different sports overlap.  With our constrained facilities, this is an unavoidable reality. Skipping one sailing class per week to attend tennis or vise versa is a fine solution.  Also, work with the sailing instructors and tennis pro and instructors to make the most of your schedule.
2.Register your junior using the online registration system: BRYC Online Registration
When registering multiple children, complete the registration for each child individually (the system will remember your family information in subsequent registrations). After completing each registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

For example:
Child 1: complete registration for Salty Dogs 6-7, Red Ball 6-7 & Swim Lessons
Child 2: complete registration for Level 1 Opti Adventure High, Green Ball 2 Tennis & Tennis Team 12

3. Complete the Online Waiver & Code of Conduct (will be available soon)

The Online waiver should be completed as part of your summer registration (the system will email it to you automatically).  The code of conduct will be sent separately.  Both of these documents need to be completed by May 15th.
